Dry Dock Fish Company was started by Mark Lewis in 1986. Born in Marseille, France, Mark grew up in Casablanca, Morocco, where he and his friends would enjoy fishing the rivers. When Mark came to the United States in 1968, he found that exceptionally fresh fish, that he was accustomed to, was difficult to come by. He founded Dry Dock Fish Company in 1986 with a mission to provide an outstanding selection of the highest quality fresh seafood available. Dry Dock Fish Company has been a family operated business ever since and you can still find Mark in our Fullerton store or selling at one of our farmers market stands today.
