Chilean Seabass, previously known as Patagonian Toothfish, is one of the most delectably flavored wild caught fish you can treat yourself with. Due to it’s extraordinarily high oil content, allow the large, tender flake of this fish to melt away in your mouth. Indulge yourself in a large, firm steak of Chilean Seabass that offers a rich and buttery texture. Available all year round, Chilean Sea Bass is almost never available fresh. To maintain the highest quality, these fish are frozen upon catching at sea. Each package is filleted in to large steaks with the bone-in and skin-on.
