We smoke our Fresh Atlantic Salmon in-house with a Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce and Pure Brown Sugar Rub. To achieve the delectable flavor and tenderness our salmon is smoked over Alder Wood for 5-6 hours to achieve perfection. Great to consume As-Is, or for a variety of dishes and appetizers.
